Recipe Ideas: Peanut Butter Brownies

If you’re a long-time customer of LELE’S, you will be very familiar with our infamous Peanut Butter Brownies! They’ve been one of our favourite treats for years and you can be sure to find some if you pass by our cafe! And now, we’re sharing our recipe with you…

All you need is one of our Brownie Mix and 3 other ingredients that you probably already have in your cupboard! It literally takes no time to make (even less using the mix) and you will be quickly munching on some delicious, gooey, chocolatey peanut butter brownie.

Ingredients:

- Sunflower oil

- Water

- Peanut Butter

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven at 160°.

  2. Empty 1 LELE’S Brownie Mix into a bowl and add sunflower oil and water following the instructions on the back of the packaging.

  3. Pour the batter in a baking tray.

  4. Now, using a fork or a spoon, take some peanut butter and drop it into the butter. Create some swirls, drops, funky patterns. Basically, put as much peanut butter as you want into the mix and spread it around with the help of a toothpick!

  5. Bake the brownies for about 40 minutes. Check with a clean toothpick if they’re ready (it should come out clean).

  6. When ready, let the brownies cool for a while before serving them by themselves or paired with some vanilla ice cream!

Have fun guys xxx
