Lately I’ve been eating vegan tuna sandwiches a lot, I like everything about it, the freshness, the crunchiness but most of all I like the fact that it take me 2 minutes to make and I can keep it into the fridge for about 4 days - making it a perfect snack when I am not sure what to eat and fancy something quick and easy!

This recipe is soooo easy to make, healthy, very inexpensive and a plant based alternative to fish. Your mix will have a nice crunchy tex...

Our Head chef and founder Valentina has been invited to prepare some yummy plant based food on the VIP day of the Chelsea Flower Show at the beautiful Hartley Botanic.

She literally said yes just because she loves flowers and didn’t quite understand how prestigious this event is and that she might meet the Queen!

Although we didn't meet the Queen, we had so much fun! Here are some cheesy pics of the day that the photographer kindly shared with us - sorry...

Paris you have been absolutely great! Merci

Lately I was feeling overwhelmed and I could feel my level of anxiety rise up, so I decided to take some time off from work to get some rest, spend sometimes with friends and to check “Vegan Paris” out!

I must say this year I am very excited about Christmas, I’m looking forward to spending some proper time with my family and friends and in-laws and of course eating until I drop on the floor like a ball! When I was little I would eat endless portions of Pandoro, this is a typical Italian cake that we eat around Christmas time. It is very similar to Panettone but doesn’t have raisins and candied fruit and is usually really soft and buttery. I haven’t had a P...
