Recipe Ideas: Vanilla and Chocolate Marble Cupcakes

Today, we’re making vanilla and chocolate marble cupcakes using our Vanilla Cupcake Mix! Here’s how:

Ingredients

- 1 LELE’S Vanilla Cupcake Mix

- Sunflower oil

- Plant-based milk

- 10gr of cocoa powder

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 160°.

  2. Empty one of LELE’S Vanilla Cupcake Mix into a bowl and add sunflower oil, plant-based milk following the instructions at the back of the box.

  3. Divide the mix in two bowls and in one of those add the cocoa powder, then mix.

  4. Pour the white batter into the cases, about 1tbsp each, then do the same with the chocolate mix.

  5. Then, with the help of a toothpick, swirl the chocolate butter around, mixing it with the batter.

  6. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for about 15 minutes at 160 degrees.

  7. Check with another toothpick if the cupcakes are ready. Then, take them out of the oven and let it cool before adding icing or decorations (if you’d like!)
