- Sunflower oil
- Lotus biscuits
Preheat the oven at 160°.
Empty 1 LELE’S Brownie Mix into a bowl and add sunflower oil and water following the instructions on the back of the packaging.
Chop up some Lotus biscuits and add it to the mix.
Grease an 8” baking tray or line it with some parchment paper.
Pour the brownie batter into the baking tray and bake for about 40 minutes. Insert a thin skewer to check when the brownies are ready, then take them out of the oven and let them cool.
While the brownies are cooling, melt some chocolate chips (you can do this over a pan with boiling water or a few seconds in the microwave).
Using a spoon, let the melted chocolate drip from the spoon over the brownies. You don’t need to be precise — just make some chocolate lines here and there.
Chop up some more Lotus biscuits and sprinkle it on top of the brownies as the last touch!
