We are so excited to let you know that we have collaborated with Luminary Bakery using our recipe to create this lovely vegan Victoria sponge cake. Luminary Bakery is a social enterprise that offers skills training, paid employment and a supportive community to help women in need thrive. We really admire the work they do and wanted to help so collaborating with them on this cake seemed the perfect opportunity!
