Lately I’ve been eating vegan tuna sandwiches a lot, I like everything about it, the freshness, the crunchiness but most of all I like the fact that it take me 2 minutes to make and I can keep it into the fridge for about 4 days - making it a perfect snack when I am not sure what to eat and fancy something quick and easy! This recipe is soooo easy to make, healthy, very inexpensive and a plant based alternative to fish. Our Head chef and founder Valentina has been invited to prepare some yummy plant based food on the VIP day of the Chelsea Flower Show at the beautiful Hartley Botanic.
