Super Easy VEGAN TUNA MAYO SANDWICH

Lately I’ve been eating vegan tuna sandwiches a lot, I like everything about it, the freshness, the crunchiness but most of all I like the fact that it take me 2 minutes to make and I can keep it into the fridge for about 4 days - making it a perfect snack when I am not sure what to eat and fancy something quick and easy! This recipe is soooo easy to make, healthy, very inexpensive and a plant based alternative to fish. Your mix will have a nice crunchy texture and a tasty combination of flavours as we are going to use some nori sheets and soya sauce.This meal is also very nutritious and packed with protein as our main ingredients are chickpeas. Our Head chef and founder Valentina has been invited to prepare some yummy plant based food on the VIP day of the Chelsea Flower Show at the beautiful Hartley Botanic. She literally said yes just because she loves flowers and didn’t quite understand how prestigious this event is and that she might meet the Queen!
