LELE'S believes in good food for everyone.
Eating a varied diet can contribute to healthy well-being. For this reason, Lele’s partnered with Hackney Council in 2022 to deliver a series of free cooking classes so everyone can access the tools and knowledge to improve their well-being through food and enjoy some truly delicious plant based recipes.

Menu development
We worked with Valentina to design a new vegan menu for our press days and media events. It has been a super easy process, very professional with a spot-on communication from start to finish. I couldn't recommend her enough!

ABOUT our consultancy
I am Valentina, founder, chef and marketing expert here at LELE'S Plant Based Consultancy. The company is named after my dad Raffaele who taught me the virtue of stubbornness and generosity, both essential to the growth of LELE'S.
I started LELE’S after being inspired by the young food sellers I came across whilst working as Marketing Director for Pop Brixton. A loss in the family gave me a fresh perspective and the kick needed to make the move and LELE’S was born.
In only six years we established LELE'S a one of the hottest vegan bistro in London, developed a wholesale and catering business working with the likes of Adidas, Planet Organic and New Balance. Launched a line of B2C products in supermarkets and shared our recipes on magazines and books.

In 2022 after working in TV alongside Gordon Ramsay, I have turned LELE'S in a consultancy service that allows me to travel and work with exciting businesses across the world, spreading my passion for food and sustainability.

With over 15 years’ experience in marketing and the foodservice industry, I am well placed to assist.
